Cavapoo puppies in Valencia: Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mother, Poodle father

A Cavapoo, also called a Cavoodle, is a cross between a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Poodle. It is not a breed but a cross of two breeds, so a Cavapoo has no breed pedigree. At Valivans, our Ukrainian family kennel now based in Valencia, we breed first-generation Cavapoo puppies: Cavalier mother, Poodle father.
Our Cavapoo puppies
All our Cavapoo puppies are first generation, F1: the mother is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, the father a Poodle. Both parents have passed the genetic tests that apply to their breeds. We show the parents' health documents on request.
Every litter is different: the number of puppies, colours, sexes and sizes change each time. Write to us and we will tell you whether we have puppies at the moment, and send photos and details. We share the parents' sizes on request too. Our Toy Poodles are on the home page, and our puppy-raising guides are in the blog.

Size and coat: different for every puppy
The most common question about the Cavapoo is how big it gets. The honest answer: it varies. One puppy takes more after the Cavalier: a smoother, silkier coat with feathering on the ears and legs, and more noticeable shedding. Another looks more like the Poodle: a curly coat that sheds little. The same goes for size: even within one litter, puppies grow differently, and adult size depends on both parents.
That is why we do not promise the coat or the size of a given puppy. As a guide, an adult Cavalier King Charles Spaniel weighs 5.4 to 8 kg and stands 30 to 33 cm tall by the breed standard. We share the sizes of our puppies' mother and father on request.
Temperament, and who a Cavapoo suits
The Cavalier is affectionate with everyone and ready to make friends with anyone. The Poodle is more reserved but still sociable. The Cavapoo usually sits in between: devoted to its family. All three are clever family dogs and, as a rule, gentle with children under normal adult supervision.
A Cavapoo suits people who want to travel comfortably with their dog and accept a dog that is strongly attached to its owner and wants to be close. This temperament works well for life in a flat.

A Cavapoo is not a breed but a cross between a Cavalier and a Poodle. It has no breed pedigree, but both parents of our puppies are known: a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mother and a Poodle father, and both have passed the genetic tests for their breeds.
